walking philosophically

  1. It does look good. Funny title for the post, though, as in at least one of the previewed conversations, the interlocutor is Sunny Taylor, from her wheelchair.

  2. Yes, but if you notice she insists on calling it “going for a walk:”

    One of the figures onscreen is her sister Sunuara Taylor, an artist and writer — shown zipping through downtown San Francisco in her wheelchair with the queer theorist Judith Butler. They discuss what it means for a disabled person to “go for a walk” (and to insist on using that language even when it involves a motor)
