This year’s conference, titled A Foucault for the 21st Century: Governmentality, Biopolitics & Discipline in the New Millennium, includes more than 60 papers addressing the contemporary relevance of the work of Michel Foucault.
As the date approaches, we are happy to announce the publication of the PRELIMINARY PROGRAM. Please check the conference website: www.foucaultconference.org and download the preliminary program. We look forward to seeing you in Boston!
Actually I believe the final program is now available at the website!

  1. Just wanted to say hello all. This is my first post.

I hope to learn some great info here.

  2. To learn French is not something to scoff at. It is a difficult task that takes up much more time than a weekend seminar or some other short period of time. If you are serious about learning French then you will have to study a little while.

On the other hand, this does not mean that French has to become a horrible task for you that drains you of all your time. There are many French resources available to help speed up the French learning process.

If you have some French resources then you also should know that there is one other significant part of the equation in learning French quickly and that is to keep yourself surrounded by others who are also looking for French mastery. If you can do this, you will find that your French results will come much faster.

If you want to learn French and if you are serious about doing so, you will definitely want to take a look at My French Tutor which is the best membership program on the internet for learning French. It has over 180 French video tutorials, a forum full of other people striving for French fluency and also you get access to the very French tutor who started the site so you can learn French faster than ever no matter what.
